While seated, bend your knees and bring your feet close to your buttocks. Then, place the ring between your thighs. Maintain a slight pressure on the ring while contracting your inner thigh muscles. Hold this position for a few seconds, then release. Repeat the exercise several times.
Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Place the fitness ring between your thighs. Squeeze the ring by contracting your thigh muscles and hold this position for a few seconds. Release and repeat the movement several times.
While standing, hold the ring in front of you with your arms extended. Squeeze the ring by contracting the muscles of your arms and shoulders, then release. Repeat this movement to tone the muscles of the upper body.
